Wounded Warriors Golf Tournament
The
Leatherneck Express was on hand March 4, 2008 at Riverhill Country Club
in Kerrville, Texas for a charity golf tournament staged to raise funds for
Wounded Warriors, Inc.
Wounded Warriors
provides support for wounded servicemen and their families, as well as
families of servicemen killed in combat. If you’re looking for an
outstanding charity to support, this is one of the best.
Among
attending celebrities were R. Lee Ermey (star of the TV show “Mail Call” on
The History Channel, and the movie “Full Metal Jacket”), and Gene Overstreet
(1991-1995 Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps).
